What is a good digital camera to buy?

Question by Madison: What is a good digital camera to buy?
I want to get a new digital camera because the one I have now is broken. I have a budget of $ 50-$ 100 dollars. I'm looking for one that can create a good quality video, and clear pictures. Thanks for the help!

I would suggest Canon PowerShot A4000IS, Canon PowerShot A3300 IS.
