Digital Camera Technology : How Do Digital Cameras Work?

Digital cameras work by allowing light to come through a lens opening, which then causes an electronic reaction from special sensors inside the camera. Find ...

  1. Aperture? Mirror? Shutter? Prism? Useless video. I think I'll make a video entitled "How does a car work?" The video will just say "The same as a van."

  6. the lights creates a chemical reaction with the film, practically burning the image into the film

  8. so every pixel is made out of 3 colors range from 0 to 255?which is 0000 to 1111,1111?

  9. engineers and programmers have made encoding of images possible. it's why we have pixels, its pixel gets a color which is represented by digits.

  10. listen to what this guy says, while taking a picture, lens of the camera allow lights from a scene to get inside of camera and touch the sensory. theres a chain of chemical reactions happens in between for a camera to process the image, its like your eye, you eye captures a upside down image and your brains processes so you can see!

and todays cameras have the ability to control the rolling speed i.e they can manipulate, control the external light for each frame and that is why they can capture for any number of frames per second which gives us a detailed look and information of the moving subject.

this is what i have known or interpreted the knowledge of cameras till know.plz rectify my knowledge or add it with what u know because memorizing the theory only adds the info in the mind.knowledge improves by sharing and reproducing.
"old cameras have rolls which are rotating very fast and blocking the lot of light and thats why they capture less frames for a second which gives us the illusion of the subject moving very fast like wat we see in the charlie chaplin videos.
