@Sabina no ink needed. @Samantha, sorry for the delay. There is a frame option in the menu for the white border, but it is not actually the same type of paper. The old border had the ink, yet this one has no ink. The actual picture quality normal, not a vintage look to it.
Is there actually a frame type thing like the original polaroid or is it just a border around the image to make it look that way? Also, I think part of the appeal of the original cameras was the skewed colouring, gives it that old school feel. But it seems like these photos just look shiny and new?
@ignacio1094 I think it is safe to purchase off Amazon. I got some more feedback from Polaroid folks, and the lines on paper could have been to the test unit. Turns out the one I received was a prototype. As far as new model, they are sending out the new one within a few weeks or so, so keep an eye out for that review :) Woohooo! The new one will use 2x3 paper instead of 3x4 and doesn't have the same vintage effect. For effects on the z340, there were just the standard sepia, b/w, etc.
How do you change the settings to put the border on? I really want to try it but I can't seem to find it :/
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteIs there a timer button on this camera?
