  1. Hello there, have you come across "Photo SFXart Tricks" (just do a Google search for it...)? There you will find a nice free video featuring the right way to create outstanding photos. It made it easier for Matt to create photographs that leave you with that wow-effect while you take a look at them. Hopefully it works for you as well...

  5. can anyone say, are number of pixels equal to number of detectors in a sensor array ? and lil explanation ll be helpful...and what happens inbetween the electrons generated and the pixel value ?

  7. Thats a damn good question. I was researching the life of a DSLR shutter. Its estimated at 50,000-100,000 shots for a canon DSLR. The video has to be different. And what about the fast-shooting mode like 5fps..cant be good for a shutter right?

  9. What happens to the shutter when a DSLR is in video mode like the Canon 5D Mark II? The "frame rate" is 30 frames per second but the shutter does not work that fast. So is the shutter staying open? How does the 'frame rate' work? Is the camera's sensor turning on and off electronically to give you 30 frames per second with the shutters (1st and 2nd curtain) remaining open?
