Nice tutorial, have you tried the video mode? The microphone is pretty much worthless, even with the upgrade from the Mono to Stereo. I have to wonder why they took the time to upgrade it as it won't pick up anything except auto focus motor. Have you noticed this?
At the moment a used Canon 5D mark ll has the same price as Nikon D7100. Which one is better in terms of image and video quality? Do you recommend Nikon D600 over 5D mark ll? I do architectural photography.

At the moment they have the camera in stock, but I don't know how long it will last at these prices.
@DAW1968 as pebtaxbro said. thats why i had to upgrade to ff. in adition two of my three lenses are prime G lenses,mate. i simply planned ahead. these two cameras will serve me until 2015 or beyond.
@DAW1968 it was probably mine. i sold my 7000 because i reached the limits of the camera in low light party settings. now using full frame d600 800. why? because they suit my needs. Also I'm Rick James, and I'M RICH, BITCH!
This camera has very poor image quality, compared to its competitors especially Pentax K-5 II-s or even Fuji ,Sony & Olympus cameras.. All the features are worthless if image quality is not on pair.
Drives me mad... there was a D7000 on eBay last week, mint condition, complete with box etc, less than 1500 clicks, reason for sale, they'd ordered a D7100! WHY? You've barely touched the one you've got, why get a newer version?? I've taken more than 1500 pictures with my soddin' phone!!! They'll be switching to full frame next :-p
Fanboys who care much about "my Canon has 3 more pixels than your Nikon", "my Nikon has 3 more AF points than your Canon" tend to not have enough time and energy to actually learn photography.
As mentioned previously, why on earth would you continue to call it a d7000 one hundred when in the next breath you compare it to the d5200 which you call a d52 hundred like all the other d series additions....

ReplyDelete@zxlnt: it was not possible on d7000 using the command dial, but YES it was if it paired with nikon af-d lens using aperture ring(more mechanical)
