A lot of digital cameras take high quality pictures when you have the flash on but doesn't take good pictures when the flash is off. Is there a digital camera out there that takes good pictures whether or not the flash is on? Thanks.

There are dozens, if not hundreds, of digital cameras which take good pictures without flash ..... but you need to know how to use them properly.
