    I did not try it yet, but I understood that it is not a permanent tweak but you load it manually (each time) or automatically from a bootable card.

    I tried this on my Canon Powershot SD600 and it did work (even got the battery life meter), but whenever I turn off the Camera and back on again...it goes away. Am I doing something wrong?

    I cant seem to tell a Point and Shoot shot from a Professional shot. The new cameras made within the last 8 years takes wonderful pics. I get great pics from a 10 dollar Hewlett packard i got at walmart.

    Will you stop using the word "functionality" already. It is an invented word like drinkability, cool guy, liveability, eatbility, and anything else cool guys have tried to make sound cooler.
    The word "function" is what you want to use.Adding ability to the end is like adding a dangling participle.
